1. Who’s Who?​

  • We/Us/Our: EASY RESOLVE PTE. LTD. (Singapore’s friendly online women’s fashion squad).​
  • You/Your: The awesome urban gal (or shopper for one!) using our site.​

2. Eligibility​

To checkout, you must be 18+ (or have a guardian’s okay if younger). All info you share (shipping, payment) must be true—no fibs! We can’t allow sneaky use (scams, fraud), so we may pause orders if this rule is broken.​

3. Orders​

Clicking “buy now” sends us a request—we’ll confirm via email within 24 hours (if not, email [email protected]!). Sometimes popular items sell out before we update the site (oops!)—we’ll refund you ASAP. We may cancel orders for issues (wrong pricing, suspicious activity) and explain why.​

4. Payment​

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (no weird in-person cash rules!). You promise to pay in full at checkout, and we may ask for extra info to verify payments (for safety!). You cover your country’s customs fees/taxes (we help with docs if needed!). Lost packages? Tell us within 30 days—we’ll replace or refund.​

6. Returns & Exchanges​

Return/exchange items within 30 days (unused, tags on, no coffee stains!). Email us to start—we’ll send a free return label (you’re welcome!). We process refunds/exchanges within 5-7 days of getting your item. Refunds go to your original payment method; exchanges ship fast.​

7. Intellectual Property​

Our site stuff (logos, photos, tee captions, design) is ours or our partners’. Don’t copy/sell it without okay (rude, like stealing your BFF’s necklace!). Tell us about illegal use—we’ll handle it.​

8. Limitation of Liability​

We try to keep clothes cute and on time, but we aren’t responsible for things we can’t control (natural disasters, customs delays). We won’t cover damages from non-our mistakes (e.g., missing a party over a late skirt—so sorry!). Our max liability per order is what you paid.​

9. Changes to Terms​

We may update these terms (e.g., new shipping options). We’ll post the new version on our site and email subscribers. Shopping with us after changes means you agree to the new terms.​

10. Dispute Resolution​
