Where We Ship

We’re all about dressing urban gals globally, so we ship to almost every corner of the globe! Whether you’re in Paris, Perth, or New York—your cute outfit is on its way. The only tiny exception? Super remote spots where delivery services can’t reach (but we’ll let you know right away if that’s your case!).

Delivery Timelines

Once your order ships (we process orders within 1-2 business days, by the way!), you’ve got two speed options:

Customs & Taxes: The Not-So-Fun (But Necessary) Part

Heads up: Your country might charge customs fees or local taxes when your package arrives. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or cover these (they’re totally out of our control!). If you’re unsure about fees, check your local customs website—we’re happy to send extra docs (like invoices) if you need them!

What If Something Goes Wrong?

Rarely, rain clouds or customs hold-ups might slow things down (we’re just as annoyed as you are!). If your package is late by more than 3 days past the expected date, email us at [email protected]—we’ll track it down for you.

If your package gets lost (yikes!), let us know within 30 days of shipping. We’ll either send a replacement outfit or issue a full refund—whichever you’d prefer. And if you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address? Email us ASAP—we can fix it only if your package hasn’t shipped yet!
